Diriyah Experience Center - (Design & Build)

General description:

• The Diriyah Gate Experience Centre is to be developed in the Events district of Diriyah.
  The building has been designed to serve as an immersive and ultra-high luxury hospitality / exhibition venue.
  It shall be free-standing, purpose-built structure offering prospective investors in the Diriyah area (land and real-estate buyers, leasing clients, etc.) a dynamic exhibition showcasing the tremendous investment opportunities within the overall DGDA administration area which encompasses Diriyah Gate and Wadi Safar exclusive gated community towards the West.
  In addition, the building and its associated facilities will accommodate the Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) sales and leasing teams.
  The site occupies an approximate area of 14,000m² on top of a 15m escarpment, above a local branch of Wadi Hanifah, and offers unique and picturesque views of the valley below in the south and south-west direction.

The project include:

• Galleries containing the physical Models of Diriyah Gate and Wadi Safar and their various assets.
• Interactive / Multimedia Rooms.
• A dedicated wing for the Wadi Safar community showcasing its leisure, hospitality, and projects.
• A cafe and refreshments area, with an openness to the galleries and interactive areas.
• Customer lounges and meeting rooms.
• Offices for DGDA sales and leasing team.
• Preparation Kitchen.
• Back of House spaces.
• Exterior terraces offering views of Wadi Hanifah, and UNESCO World Heritage Site (WHS).
